Background

Due to GitHub Action failures, Python 3.6 was excluded from Ci/CD.

Expected Behavior

Return Python 3.6 to the CI/CD process.

Error message

Version 3.6 was not found in the local cache
Error: Version 3.6 with arch x64 not found
