A patch to stop prompt editing in hires fix, so that it uses the prompt as it is at the final step of the initial render

Not quite sure if I'm explaining this very well, but prompt editing has always driven me crazy with hires fix enabled, because it runs through the early steps of the prompt again, which for me is always completely undesirable (I literally can't think of a reason you would want it to behave that way). I've built a short patch that seems to fix it for me, and I'm sharing it here. I don't intend to maintain or support this patch, but if somebody else wants to pick it up and run with it (and maybe submit it as a pull request), then please go for it. This piece of code is public domain. No need to credit me.

If you do this thing in a prompt:

[a bunch of random shapes:a city:0.5]

It'll switch back to a bunch of random shapes when it starts with the hires fix. This patch fixes that behavior.

@lendrick there's no need for the patch, while it might be more convenient in basic use, but it also restricts webui's ability

enable Serrings > User interface > Hires fix: show hires prompt and negative prompt

this way you can set the high res pass prompt directly
if left blank it will reuse the same prompt as the first pass, which causes your issue
with this you can choose whether or not to use prompt editing in high res pass

you can also use different prompts entirely with different extra networks

At the time I made this patch, I'm not sure this feature existed.

I submitted a PR that tries to address this in what I think is a more careful way, dunno if it'll get approved though (certainly not in its current form, it needs some work). #12350
