That's not what it does, It's how closely to follow your prompt (basically). You'll likely get better quality with lower values.

I think I know what you're doing... if I'm right then you forgot to add the Dynamic Thresholding extension. Install it, use half cosine up with a value of 5 and lock your cfg at around a 7.

That should give you the extra detail you're looking for on the upscale without coming out crispy like in your example. Also clip skip 2.

can you be a bit more precise? in the advanced tab of the thresholding extension there's 2 schedulers. Which one do you use and what value do you put in? There's the mimic scale scheduler and the cfg scale scheduler. Do you set both to consine up? And then mimic to 5 and cfg to 7?

Doing this from memory, but yes both schedulers to half cosine up at 5, and the mimic scale to 7

I have it, but still, there are some sampler doing it.... it is just annoying, i dont how to COMPLETELY get rid of them... bvecause I will try using a lot of different samplers to test results.

The problem is your cfg is too high you can either increase steps to compensate or reduce your cfg
