Customize theme of UI from settings

wrt discussions on discord, the UI theme needs to changed from settings. This allows users to set the theme according to their preference.

Changes:-
The stone is laid for this issue as I had created the themeprovider in prev PR. Just need to wrap around each component so that whole theme can be changed from settings.
