Helpful suggestion: don't do it. Both morons and awesome human beings may at some point install specific fonts from other OS's to make cool images in mspaint/Photoshop/GIMP/etc. Throwing coins and assuming "nobody installs this that on Windows/macOS" is moronic compared to using the good plain sans-serif with proper lang info.

@Artoria2e5 Not bad actually. Especially there's no the @font-face thing.

But a strange question comes to me: is it okay if I only wrote font-family: sans;? Why people need to specify anything other than sans/serif/monospace/... ?

It is not an objection(?) to your proposal about to use the default 'sans', only a question.
