Ability to know what global configuration parameters a node is using

It would make sense to add in the IS-04 node model the information about the id and version of the SystemAPI /global configuration parameters object effectively used by the node (and null if no SystemAPI discovered).

Thanks, Stéphane, this seems like a good suggestion which could be accomplished by a backward-compatible use of one or two registered resource tags. I've added this to the @AMWA-TV/nmos-architecture-review team backlog and it can be discussed in the Incubator calls or nmos-community Slack channel also of course.
