DDG4: Add option to run over all events in input file

Make it possible to do something like numberOfEvents=-1 to run over all events in an input file and end without an exception being thrown at the end of the input file.

Needed for background files with varying number of events for example. Using just a very large number results in the EndOfFile exception, which is not very nice.
