Hi~
I'm very happy to be able to use you to develop the GPU version of neural-admixture, it's exceptionally fast! However, I compared the results of neural-admixture and the regular Admixture v1.3 and found that there is still a significant difference; Admixturev1.3 results will have more significant mixing in both ancestor components, whereas neural-admixture is very much independent, with no mixing components being detected. In fact, Admixturev1.3 is more in line with historical reports of mixing events for my studys, so I'd like to ask if you can adjust some of the parameters so that the resultant clustering results are relatively not so independent.

Thanks~
