NTP task dies with async json error

We are getting this error in the common role, particularly the ntp task :

fatal: [site-bdii.c4.csir.co.za]: FAILED! => {"changed": false, "failed": true, "msg": "The async task did not return valid JSON: No JSON object could be decoded"}

This has been mentioned at ansible/ansible#13965 and ansible/ansible#7319 looks like it's a bug in 2.0. Will do an update of Ansible and see what happens.

This was reported as well at ansible/ansible#15162 - apparently only for RHEL5, which we are seeing now on the nagios machie.
