tag를 보여줄 때, 긴 글자의 경우 이미지를 넘어가는 Issue #4

문제 상황

tag를 현재 상위 3개를 보여주고 있는데, 글자 수가 길어지면 이미지를 넘어가서 짤리게 된다.

해결 방안

태그를 횡이 아니라 종으로 보여주자.
태그 글자 수가 길어지면 글자 크기를 줄인다.
태그 글자 수가 길어지면 이미지를 횡으로 늘린다.
