Issue Category

Safe loading issue, doesnt load on any interface

What happened?

Getting both errors on the following networks

  • Ethereum
  • Optimism

Steps to encounter1.

  1. On transaction tab > queue, execute/confirm a transaction
  2. Users receive this error

I am able to replicate the error through impersonation

The fix for the nested safes was done a week ago - safe-global/safe-wallet-monorepo#3940. Could you check if the issue is still relevant?
