Help - Can't Stream to YouTube when connected to V2rayN

I have been using V2rayN-V6.33 for a while now, but there is an issue that I can't resolve, I am sure that there is a way to fix it but I just don't know how to do that.
I am on, Windows 11 x64

I am connected to a server with tcp (no tls) and have set it to Set System Proxy and routing to global, haven't changed any other settings.
Most everything works just fine, but when I tried to stream to YouTube, nothing would go through! no connection at all, but I can open YouTube itself and even upload videos just fine.

Is there any way I can fix this? The way I have been going around this atm is to use V2rayNG on my phone, and then setup a hotspot with the VPN (my phone is rooted), that way even though I am connecting to the same server it will work and I can stream just fine.

Is there a way to fix this?

dang, I thought for sure someone would know how to fix this issue instantly, but guess not, might be a language barrier though ＞︿＜
