Note if you are experiencing opaque water

I've seen quite a few people talking about a problem with opaque water with this mod, so i decided to try and find the cause:

Custom colour mods, such as polytone, vanadiumor, colourmatic and optifine overwrite this mod's water opacity, and make all water but swamp water look bad.
