support razer ortana v3 x to razer macos

hello, ive downloaded like i think 3 different version of the razer macos
like the latest one, second latest one and version 3.3.
after downloading it and clicking the icon in the menu bar, my keyboard wont change colours or do anything. ive look into the list of keyboard that works in this razer macos and saw that mine isnt in there. So i would like to ask to please support Razer ortana v3 x.
I really want to customize the colours,add like maybe the waves of colours and etc. But im stuck with the original colour changing which is quite getting boring for me. So please support my type of keyboard as soon as possible.
