Proposal: FARP in support of R13 and R11 ivo Inndyr

In order to better utilize training events, it would be beneficial to have one or more refueling points available for the rotary wings. The OH-58D in particular.

I have looked at a few suggestions put forth by the 656th earlier on discord, as well as my used my feedback from the last few events running the Kiowa on Ranges 11 and 13 and my suggestion is a FARP ivo Inndyr at N67 00.626 E14 03.296. This would be mid-way between the pits in R11 and MOLDJORD in R13, and not too big of a detour coming into R13 from ENBO to top up or regroup before beginning operations in R13.

It is a point also close enough to the border of R13 to where there will most likely not be too much interference should other flights from R11 come in to refuel and re-arm - pending approval from whomever might be operating inside of R13 of course.

Suggested placement:

If there are no objections, then I don't mind putting it in the mission - on a F10 trigger if so desired.
