OVGME folder & authentication material

OVGME folders in the "Main" directory install the docs in the theatre folder. At this stage, they point to Caucasus and PG folders, not Kola.

Also we need to update the authentication sheets, several versions are currently in use (ATRM, OPAR, etc...) and it caused some confusion in the past. It would be nice to have them on the TRMA website as well.
