Scripting request: SAMs in range 21

Would it be possible to script the following for range 21:

SAMs
The following SAMs are placed in the .miz and I request an F10 option to individually activate/deactive these SAMs:
R21_threat_SA_6
R21_threat_SA_11_battery
R21_threat_SA_2
R21_threat_SA_10

FW MQT checkout
In the F10 menu, a option to start FW MQT checkout. This scenario should activate all SAMs listed above

OCA vs DCA
In the F10 menu, a option to start OCA vs DCA scenario. This scenario should activate these two SAMs:
R21_threat_SA_6
R21_threat_SA_11_battery

IADS
In the F10 menu, a option to activate all SAMs listed under SAMs above and have an option to set IADS to medium or hard.

@132nd-Entropy Note: As with range 16, I will set the units to late activated and hidden on map after the script is created. So all units is visible in the F10 map for now.
