I have downloaded the Windows 64 bit NEFI and installed the program. But when I run it, the screen display the following information"cannot launch it, for the api-ms-win-crt-runtime-I1-1-0.ll was missing. Pls try to reinstall the program to solve this question". Pls tell me how to work out this problems. Thanks a lot

Please reinstall Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 or 2017 (64-bit), you can follow the instructions on this page.

I have the same issue after I renistalled the Visual C++ and Python 3:
