I can only run the workflow once. After that, I get:

Trace file already exists: /home/rcannood/workspace/aline_review/pipeline_report/execution_trace.txt -- enable the 'trace.overwrite' option in your config file to overwrite existing files

You could solve this by setting trace.overwrite, or adding the current time to the trace file (e.g. execution_trace_202501111114.txt)
